Security Deposit Fee - The security
deposit is the equivalent of one month's rental and is made: (1)
as a guarantee of the Tenant's performance of his lease, and (2)
against any damage except reasonable wear done to the premises
by the Tenant, his family, guests or agents. It is strictly a
deposit fee and is returned to the resident upon termination of
the lease if there are no major damages to be repaired. It is
not intended for use as the last month's rent.
Rental Rate - Rental rates on all apartments are
the Basic Rates (as set by HUD and FHA) or 30% of one's *Adjusted
Monthly Income, whichever is higher.

Section 8 (Rent Supplement) Program
(HUD sponsored) - If you have a very low annual income and you
have very limited assets, you may be eligible for rent supplement.
For further information and placement on the rent supplement program
waiting list, contact the project manager.
All applicants and participants must have a Social Security Number in order to be eligible for HUD's Multifamily Housing rental assistance programs.

Enhanced TV (30 channels) - included

Laundry - Laundry room
with card operated machines are located on floors 2 through
7.
Parking facilities - FREE
Hugh Ash Manor is a non-smoking,
residential facility, including around the building.
*Adjusted Monthly Income is gross monthly income less an allowance
for regular medical expenses.
